EVENTS
General Information: We offer a variety of classes and events in our retail store located in Mansfield, Massachusetts. You may register for classes in the store or by phone with a credit card. Advance payment is required to hold your seat and fees are non-refundable unless a class is cancelled. A minimum of 6 people are required for class. Supplies needed for classes are available for purchase in the store. All of our classes are geared to adult/mature students, but our introductory bead stringing classes can accommodate children 10 and over if accompanied and supervised by an adult. We will gladly work with you to schedule a private class for you and your friends. If you are interested in learning any specific techniques or want to request a specific class, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. | |||

Party Event Description A robust selection of color coordinated glass, base metal and seed beads are provided in our private party room as well as the necessary wire, clasps and findings to complete one bracelet and a pair of earrings. Assistance and instruction from our staff is provided throughout the event to guide participants in designing, fitting and crimping finished pieces. Add-on earrings, bracelets, etc. can be accommodated. See Add-On's section below for specifics. Event Fee: $20 per person; a $50 non-refundable deposit (which is applied to the total person charges) is required to hold the date. Add-Ons: >Sterling French earwire- additional $2.00 per person Substitue bracelet and earrings for the following: >16"-18" Necklace and bracelet $30 per person >16"-18"Necklace and earrings $25 per person Beader's Night Out: Beader's Night Out Event Fee: $55 non-refundable deposit for 90-minute store rental due upon reservation plus an additional $30.00 per person for staff rental. A minimum of 8 participants is required. Fee includes assembly assistance on choice of necklace, bracelet, earrings or anklet. A large variety of finished jewlery is available for inspiration and most pieces can be duplicated. $30 staff rental fee also includes silver/gold plated headpins and earwire for earrings, or beading wire, crimps and plated lobster claw for necklace, bracelet or anklet. Beads and specialized findings are purchased separately at cost. Parties may be scheduled on Tuesday or Thursday evenings only from 6:15pm-7:45pm. There is an additional $50 charge for every additional 30 minutes past the reserved 90 minutes. |
special gatherings at BeadCache. Our shop can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. Guests can bring their own cake and beverage to enjoy after the beadwork is completed to complete the event.
